Jackson, New Hampshire in photos

New England is very much considered an autumn destination for the fall colours. Visiting in the summer months is still a great option with many outdoor activities like swimming in the lakes, kayaking and walking. It is still busy with many Americans taking their summer vacation here, but a lot quieter than the autumn.

This bridge is the first thing you’ll see to welcome you to the small town of Jackson.

The Cog Railway takes you to the top of Mount Washington, it is a three-hour round trip including a one hour stop at the top. This is actually a 45-minute drive outside of Jackson but a great activity to try while staying here.

Echo State Park is a great place to bring a picnic or BBQ and spend the day. You can swim in the lake or hike in the forest.
